New England Patriots team captain and safety Jabrill Peppers was arrested on Saturday, just a day after his 29th birthday.
He is now facing serious charges in Braintree, Massachusetts, including strangulation and drug possession

Police responded to a residential address early Saturday morning following a disturbance call. They discovered an altercation between two people, with Peppers allegedly involved
Legal Proceedings
During his arraignment on Monday in Quincy District Court, Peppers pleaded not guilty. The court set his bail at $2,500,
and he was ordered to stay away from the alleged victim. A follow-up hearing is scheduled for November 22
