France TV distributionPublic Broadcaster France Television Group sales and co-producing branch, starting international distribution on Season 2 of the comedy series “Aspergirl” in the upcoming edition, is starting international distribution MIP LondonSet on 23–27 February.
The world’s largest TV exporter, “Aspergirl” Season 2, distributed by France TV distribution, is produced by the Patafilm in Paris, which is founded by entrepreneur Antonin Arenburg in co-production .
Filming for season 2 of “aspergirl”, structured as an eight chapters, 22-minute each, began in Angolme in September and will be ready for delivery from the fall.
“Aspergirl” replaces Luisen, a single-mother who discovers that he has an autism spectrum disorder when his son Gilhem is diagnosed herself after an incident in school. Louisen’s leading role in the series is played by French actress Nicole Ferroni (“Mental”).
In S2, after having difficulty accepting Gilhem’s decision rather than living with his father, Luisen is living the right love with a committed environmentalist Marika. They are preparing to realize their plans to live together, building an energy self -sufficient house.
But, suddenly, Gilhem returns after five years to live with his mother. When she knows about Guilhem’s plan to join a program to settle on Mars, Louisen tries to convince her to live on a good old earth, even if she means to endanger her relationship it means.
Built by Judith Godinote and Headrian cousin, co-writer with Cloe Lefor and Claire Saint-Pierre, S2 is directed by Ellis and Rose Philipone.
In 2023, the series competed in the official French selection in the series frenzy, earning the best actor award for Carlel Brown, who played Gilhem in the first season. Arthur D Crapei (“Tapi”) plays Gilhem character in S2.
The new season includes actors Lewis Messin (“Carment Cragonos”), Suzanne de Bekek (“Derby Girl”), Mark Fries (“Antonate Dan Les Savenness”), Alexandre Stegar (“Marien”), Money Chowkaren (S Sec) . Rougissent “), Chiili Soufir and Eva Rami (” La Vengence Aux Yeux Claire “).
“Aspergirl” season 2 will be launched in France via Cine+ OCS, pay TV operator Canal+ Group, a fruit of acquired by OCS Canal+ and Orange StudioPay TV Arm and Orange Film Division, France’s head Telco respectively.
