Robert RichterAn independent filmmaker and producer whose credit includes around 90 documentaries in a wide range of subjects, died at his home in New York City on 16 February, after complexities associated with heart failure. He was 95 years old.

Born in New York City and Growing, Richter’s decades in film production began for decades of career with an experimental teleuride association program at Oxidantl College, California, followed by BA from Reid College in Oregon and MFA from Iowa Writer Workshop.

In addition to production and filmmaking, Richter led the committee that led the committee to develop the country in the country’s largest Funder: The Independent Television Service (ITVs) by independent producers. He spent a decade as the volunteer president of independent video and filmmakers’ Association and seven years as his New York Representative in the International Documentary Association Board. He was also the chairman of the Salem Chapter of the American Civil Liberty Union, served in the National ACLU Media Committee, Care, A Board Member of the USA, and a member of a Reid College Board of Trustees.
His memoir was published in 2022 “documentary and serndipity”. Richter is alive by 43 -year -old his wife, Elizabeth (Libbi) Baset; Four daughters Rocks, Elisen, Rowena and Isabella, and three grandchildren Sophia, Samuel and Cyrus.
