Mubi Already one ear has swooped on the 2025 competition title, is receiving Jochim Trear“Emotional value” for UK, Ireland, Latin America, Türkiye and India.
Co -directed by Trear and co -cum -written by Trear and long associate Escil Vogt (“the worst person in the world”, “Oslo, 31 August”), film star Renet Ribbin (“The World in the World”), Steel Scarsguard (“Tibba”, Igba Ibsdotter (“Tibba”). The fifty films of the Trio – which the MK2 films of the trayer are being handled for sale. – Has been described as an intimate and moving exploration of the “harmonious power of family, memories and art”.
“Sentimental Value” has worked with the second time Mubi has worked with Trear, Orthhouse Distributor and Streamer, which has released the “The Warust Person in the World” in the UK, Ireland, India and Turkey.
It is also the first ear 2025 purchase for a company which has become a huge acquisition of the ear title in the last few years. In 2024, Mubi picked up “The Substance” before the festival, which helped Korli Farget’s body horror a box office hit and the Oscar-winner awards season favorite.
What could be a busy market indication to arrive for a fast -growing distributor, Mubi announced that it had bought a “passionate price” in the middle of the ear press conference and only a few seconds the festival was announced by the Head Thierry Framax to be a part of the 2025 lineup by Head Thieri Framax.
The film is produced by Maria Ekarhov for the Mer film and Andrea Berrentseen Oatmar for eye -eye paintings in Norway. As a Norwegian, French, German, Danish, and Swedish co-producing, co-producer MK Productions is Nathnail Cariety for MK Productions and Juliet Shramek for Lumen production in France; Janine Kackowski and Jonas Dornbach for Kummizen film in Germany; Sis Village Jorgensen for Zentropa in Denmark and Lizet Jonjik for Zentropa Sweden, as well as the film I West, Oslo Filmfond and Medifondate Zafir.
The film is also supported by the BBC film in the UK, which has an executive producer of Eva Yets, as well as the film and storyline.
