For Kabir, participation with a studio known for Bollywood hits like “Raazi” and “Badhai Ho” was a natural fit. The author-director said, “I am thrilled to cooperate with Jungle Pictures, a studio, a studio with a strong track record of high-concept, rooted films,” the author-director notes.
The project is co-produced by the festival cinemas, serving Vineet Jain, Rathesh Ambat, Ranjith EVM and Jojo Jose co-producer Amrita Pandey as manufacturers.
The technical crew consists of cinematographer Mahesh Madhavan, composer Anil Johnson and Editor Praveen Mangalath. Later this year, the film has been slated for dramatic release.
Jungle Pictures was established in 2014 as a subsidiary of the Indian media group.
