Currently, in pre-production, “Fauda” season 5 will be revealed in Israel, as well as abroad where the Fauda team takes on a private mission.
The new season of “Fauda” created by actor Lieor Raz and journalist AV Issaqoff brings together, which has worked in some of the most ambitious Israeli shows in recent history, including writer Omri Shenhar (“Tehran”), and director Omri Givon (“Bandars”), joining the first season.
Season 5 of “Fauuda” – which means “chaos” in Arabic – is expected to be premiered on Yes tv Launched worldwide in Israel in early 2026, followed by worldwide NetflixWhich has streamted the last four sessions.
“Fauda” is produced by Yes TV and L. Benasuly Productions for Yes TV. Yes, the studio also handles the international distribution of the series.

The series is based on the real-life experiences of its creators and its purpose is to portray the complex Israel-Pilstinian conflict, as well as the Middle East of the modern day through the story of modern Israel’s undercover agents.
Hamas delayed the development of its fifth season in view of the 7 October attack and the upcoming war in Gaza. The tragic incidents also killed the production of “Fauda”, one of its key members, Matan Meir, serving in IDF, killed in a sovereign tunnel in North Gaza. One of its artists, Idan Amidi, was also seriously injured in an explosion. According to several reports, season 5 was to be re -written.
